Mounting Motherboard with Graphics card installed?

Hello Everyone! Soon I'm upgrading from my Cooler Master Elite 342 to the Raidmax Helios but a few months earlier I got my graphics card checked due to loud noise (It was taken out) and when I got my computer back it didn't detect the drivers properly (Drivers were still in the PC), I had to reinstall the drivers. I don't want this to happen again. Is it possible to mount the Motherboard with the graphics card still installed?

yes, but it'll 10x harder as the card will be unstable and you risk it falling out, but just shut down, disconnected it, reconnect it, and then reboot, you should be fine.
