Mounting Possibility on ASRock 960GM/U3S3 FX

I was wondering if i could mount a corsair h60 on an ASRock 960GM/U3S3 FX as i did not want to replace the mobo if i didnt have to. Im using a amd fx 4100 which is AM3+

Yes. Why did you think you couldn't?
But if you are thinking of OC'ing the CPU, keep in mind that the board is not designed for OC'ing. Low power phasing and no heat sinks on the VRMs.
