Would it be possible to mounting a memory card reader in a computer with the Asus M4N68T-M LE V2 motherboard?

I removed such a Reader from a computer found in a dumpster. I would like to insert SD and MiniSD cards directly into the computer instead of using the HUAWEI Mobile Broadband LTE USB Stick HUAWEI E3372 via USB as an adapter for MiniSD cards. Does this reader have any speed limits. It is a pity that this reader does not have a direct input for the MiniSD card, I only need to insert the MiniSD card into the SD card and then to this reader.
Black, green, white, red cables come out of this reader, but this tiny rectangle has 5 empty holes (one hole is empty). Where do I need to insert this reader in the motherboard and is it possible at all and if I made a mistake and hit the wrong pins, would the motherboard and the reader have a short circuit and break down?

Yes. USB 2.0 speed is max what it can do.

Where do I need to insert this reader in the motherboard

If you put it wrong, the card reader won't work since there wouldn't be any connection to +5V pin, to power it.

When I copy the entire content from such a flash drive to the hard drive from an 8 GB flash drive (assuming it is full), it takes about 5 minutes. Does USB 2.0 have this speed? How long would it take to copy an 8GB memory card (assuming it is full) to the hard drive using this USB 2.0 card reader?

USB 2.0, at maximum speed, is able to transfer 15.5 GB during 5 minutes.

How long would it take to copy an 8GB memory card (assuming it is full) to the hard drive using this USB 2.0 card reader?

When considering only what USB 2.0 can do, then it takes 154.5 seconds (2.5 minutes) to transfer 8 GB of stuff.

Though, do note that SD cards have smaller data read/write speeds than what USB 2.0 is capable of. And thus, actual time may vary. And it doesn't help that the source drive is HDD either (very slow write speeds, compared to SATA SSD, especially compared to M.2 NVMe SSD).
