Mouse accel, enhance pointer percision

When i UNCHECK enhance pointer percision, it feels like mouse accel is on, and the pointer is a little faster than before, when its off it feels natural to me BUT there is infact mouse acceleration, but with both it seems there is. When its off i move it a certain distance, it goes that distance every time when i move it any speed, EXECEPT super fast, when i move super fast it covers like a inch less distance. I play csgo, and i need my muscle memory to be perfect. Please help me? I have a steel series sensi, and for gaming and percision is high sens or low sens better in MICROSOFT mouse not in game. it really feels like i have mouse acceleration when its off
