Mouse and Headset LEDs dont turn off when i turn off my pc

Hi, I have an ASRock Z97 Extreme 4 motherboard, not sure what BIOS, and whenever I turn off my pc, my keyboard(Poseidon Kailh Blue) LEDs turn off but my mouse(cm storm devastator) and headset (afterglow wired headset) LEDs stay on. I have the option in my BIOS set off where my mouse and keyboards can power on my pc but it still stays on. Please help!

What's the problem here? I think some ASRock motherboards have features that allow charging when the PC is off but plugged in. It probably thinks that your mouse and headset are phones or similar that need charging.

If the LEDs bug you that much, turn the PC power off at the wall or unplug the peripherals.

Is there anyway to just disable it? The LEDs are really bright and my PC is right next to my bed so it is hard for me to sleep with the lights on.

I don't think so, but there might be an option in some obscure place in the BIOS to disable "Standby charging" or similar.
