Question Mouse and keyboard doesn't working

I have this problem. I can't go to the BIOS because keyboard doesn't working. And I reseted Windows 10 and in begginer settings mouse and keyboard doesn't working! And if I start on my computer it said No Keyboard Detected!

Ok lets take things 1 step at a time.

1: are you using a wired or wireless mouse and keyboard?

• If wireless: do you have batteries in the mouse and keyboard or is the internal battery charged? is there a power switch turned off on either? Is the wireless adapter plugged into USB ports on the computer?
• If wired: are the devices plugged in?

2: Where are the USB ports you are using? Are they on the case or the back of the motherboard?

• If the case: is the case front USB header plugged in to the motherboard?
• If the motherboard: Refer back to step 1

1: wired and yes it is.

2: on the motherboard and yes it is.

I think this is problem on Windows. Because after reset everything is worked. And now I reseted it and mouse and keyboard don't work.
