[SOLVED] mouse and keyboard dosent work after Windows has loaded. but they work before and in automatic repair mode. pc boot normaly

full specs:
intel core 2 quad 2.4 ghz
gtx 750 ti
500w novatech Power Station
8gb ddr2 ram
1 500gb ssd
2 500gb hdd
be quite water cooler
an existing system but mouse and keyboard stopped working after i reset the pc i reseted it beacuse it was cashing whenever the osu got hot so i got a new psu the novatech station and the pc turns on normaly but the mouse and keyboard dosent work but it works just fine in automatic repair mode both mouse and keyboard.

What model of mouse/kayboard? Have you had other models prior to this? Does other usb components work?

i tried using different mouse but it still doesn't work.
i only used this mouse in this pc and I used one different keyboard before.
the mouse is from technet gaming mouse
and the keyboard is chinese.

It will be very helpful if you conduct this tests / answer following questions:

• Try the mouse and keyboard on another computer, does they work?
• Does it make any difference if you disconnect either mouse or keyboard ?
• Does usb on your computer work at all ?
• Can you try to boot the computer using some Linux Live-CD (or iso image on a usb stick) to see if it works then?
• Specific model name of mouse and keyboard.
• What excact method did you use when you reset your computer ?

i reinstalled windows and now it works fine
