-Ive never experienced this I always had no delay everything was super fast movement typing but now not anymore in games and windows I have weird ugly delay between moving my mouse and seeing result on monitor same goes with my keyboard when typing
Things Ive tried so far: reinstalling windows 10 couple of times
removing my ssd and installing windows with games on hdd
windows tweaks
updating drivers
tried different mices
playing with hpet, smt, xmp, bios in general
blowing dust from whole computer
high performance plan in windows and nvidia
turning off hardware acceleration in web browsers
turning off mouse acceleration
set highest mouse polling rate to 1000mhz
not letting windows to update
switch from usb3 to usb2 port (even disabled usb3 in bios)
tried different psu cables
thats pretty much all that came to my mind currently as Im writing it
-Funny thing is that my old crap pc is far more responsive with some old 2 core amd processor thats insane
-Also Ive found out something interesting that may be the problem but im not exactly sure since im not an expert so Ive tried to run "troubleshoot" if my temps are okay and they are ryzen 3 1300x 3,5ghz 1,25v max 80c and gpu EVGA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB GAMING ACX 3.0 60c but! my graphics card is advertised to boost itself only to 1708mhz and base clock 1506mhz I didnt do any overclocking or whatsoever and its running on 1877 mhz all the time and sometimes it even hits 1911mhz and msi afterburner was telling me that gpu is limited by voltage but thats very strange because i didnt overlock or do anything and im also experiencing stutters for a long time just delay started like couple of days ago could it be that my gpu is faulty and i need new one? i can still RMA since warranty is 3 years if youve read there far down thank you for your time
