Mouse and Keyboard not working at login screen

I upgraded my pc to windows 10 but i didn't like it so i decided to go back to windows 7. But at the windows 7 login screen my mouse and keyboard weren't working. It only works in the boot menu and in bios menu. I guess the drivers got fucked up. I tried booting into safe mode, using different usb ports, disabling the signature driver thingy, and enabling legacy mode in bios. Is there any other possible solutions to this?

Hey there, have you tried resetting the CMOS? Usually it's done by either using a jumper in the mobo or by removing the battery for a couple of minutes, if you haven't you should try that. Also, may I know what motherboard you are using and if you have updated your BIOS version recently?
