Edit* after setting the boot privilege to USB legacy first then HDD and then after unplugging everything from my motherboard then plugging in just my mouse I was able to get my mouse working but still need further advice on what I should do next.
Edit 2*
Nevermind...
After I gained control of my mouse I went to startup repair as recommended and after it finished it's attempts my computer still won't load and bluescreens when loading the login window....

PLEASE ANYONE HELP!!!
I'll love you so fucking much even if it doesn't fix the problem please just help me :/

I usually don't ask for help on PC related issues as I'd like to think I'm pretty well versed in troubleshooting but I honestly can't figure out what's going on with my desktop computer after accidentally installing malware last night.

Issue: After downloading what was thought at the time to be a trusted program to help clean registry files and upon resetting I logged in to find my desktop filled with malicious adware. The worse I've ever seen. I was enable to navigate to my virus tools so I figured the best thing to do was restore my computer before the installation. After the restore was through my computer reset and started to boot, upon booting the LEDs to both my keyboard and mouse remained lit until the log-in screen appeared then the light switched off along with all control as if I unplugged both my mouse and keyboard. I decided to reset my bios CMOS after discovering a the boot order was changed to an unfamiliar device but the USB legacy was enabled so I was a bit confused. After I did that again... Nothing happened even when booting into optimized mode and fail safe mode.

Even when I try to boot into safe mode windows shuts off the both my mouse and keyboard as well when it goes in to repair mode. I can't do anything past the "loading operating system" screen.

I can't gain access to a new keyboard or mouse until tomorrow and have tried unplugging them both and switching USB ports.

Specs:

Windows 7 x64-bit Premium Edition
Gigabyte AM3+ GA 970A-UD3

Mouse: Redragon Mammonth
Keyboard: Razor Deathstalker

Let me know if more specs are needed.

Sorry for the lengthy write up any help is really appreciated! I'm without a computer until than...

Thanks

Solution
I don`t know where, or what usb ports you currently have your mouse and keyboard connected to.

But where you see on the back of your system case where the rear main I/O panel is, the green and purple coloured Ps2 port of the motherboard you should see above it two usb ports.

If you currently do not have the mouse and keyboard connected to any of thoes two usb ports connect both to them above the green and purple Ps2 port.

Make sure Usb detection of legacy devices is enabled in the bios.
It should force windows to detect the mouse and the keyboard then.

I don`t know how many restore, and backup points for windows you had.
But enter windows safe mode again when booting your system up, and repeatedly tapping the F8 key on your keyboard...
Finally was able to navigate to the safe mode screen but upon windows loading core drivers my computer bluescreened.
Also whenever I select start windows normally it bluescreens in my login now...

Until you get to the windows OS loading options.
Load windows up in safe mode, and choose a back up or restore point made a few days or at least a week before.
Let it run, finish then reset your system.

Again keep tapping the F8 key on the keyboard to reach the windows os booting options.
Now this time select the directory services restore mode.
Let it run, then restart your machine.

It should fix all of the problems ok.

Solution
i don't trust any software to clean my registry

What device does it try to boot?

i know Win 7 has no idea what a USB 3 device is at install but how far back did you restore too? i

Are you using the black inputs (USB 2) as they should work. Its like your USB drivers have been deleted.

its a common feature where they work in bios but as soon as windows loads its drivers after logon, they stop again. I don't think new mouse/kb is necessary.. more likely you need a clean install to fix this up.

if there anything you want to rescue off the PC, try this: http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/use-ubuntu-live-cd-to-backup-files-from-your-dead-windows-computer/ - it will also show u if mouse/kb is working, bet they are.

have you got a PS2 kb or mouse? they would work

Thanks for the replies guys.

Shaun your solution to plugin my keyboard and mouse into the top two USB ports fixed the problem of them shutting off after the system loads but now I've run into another problem. I went to boot into safe mode but upon the core drivers loading I bluescreen and my computer will reset into repair mode. When I try to system repair it either blue screens, resets or sends me a message that it cannot repair my computer. I'll try to go into the system recovery menu and see if I can restore back to a later point.

Thanks!

Thanks for the help guys. After 5 days of a bricked PC I finally just wiped my entire hard-drive (something I really didn't want to do) with DBAN.
I lost a lot of crucial files but it's worth having my hard-drive back. I came to the conclusion it was probably corrupt registry but was beyond repairing with a cleaner or repair tool as I've tried a couple. It was strange because every time I would run Kasperky's rescue boot tool it would ALWAYS come back with various reports on malware even upon deleting them in previous scans.

I showed my friend who owns a PC repair shop in Toronto and he said he hasn't seen anything like it, I'm guessing the malware was malicious. He suggested I just wipe it and count it as a loss... especially after trying many times to boot into windows.

I picked your answer Shaun because it was information I hadn't known in the past and for the most part fixed the problem I had asked in my thread.
Thanks again guys 😀
