Mouse and keyboard stopped working after upgrading

I had upgraded my window 7 to window 10 .
After upgrading my mouse and keyboard stopped working in my dell all in one PC. I have tried all of thing which I know reset the setting but not fixed tried another mouse that neither works but work in bios.
so please help need some help
