Mouse and some keyboard buttons not working.

I have been using this combo for a while. Logitech M317c (mouse) with a MK710/MK710 (keyboard). I was trying to install SCP to use my PS3 controller and during one of the step my mouse stopped working and my FN, volume, and pause/play buttons don't work. Not sure what I have done, but would be grateful if anyone had some helpful advice. Thanks.

ps Just found out my headset also is not recognized anymore... RIP

I tried with ps3 controller and its buggy. The best one for pc is Xbox controller, even 360 controller is good.
