Mouse Bluetooth proplems

I have a brand new 2015 Hp 350 g2. So new that it has one of the new Intel broad well chips in it. I like it a lot but for some odd reason every time I try to use my Bluetooth mouse it disconnects on me. I have reinstalled the drivers and it is worse then before and this mouse works prefectlty fine on my windows tablet. Any suggestions on whats wrong?

I take it you tried every USB port available? If so, do any other USB devices give you trouble?

Yes i have it works fine. even pair my tablet over Bluetooth works fine.
