Mouse button reprogram

I have a Razer Naga and its old the middle mouse button doesnt respond when you click it.
I play a game called runescape (i know) where to turn the camera you hold down the middle mouse button in order to turn the camera faster than the default, which is the arrow keys. How could I make it to where i can press a different button on my mouse and have it act as the middle mouse click?

I feel dumb figured it out. Using razer synapse. In case someone is wondering you can just change the functions of the mouse keys to what ever you want.
