Mouse Cord Frustration

So my mouse cord won't lay flat on my desk/mousepad. I play csgo where I do long fast motions with the mouse and if I do that when the cord is in the air everything just flops around and creates a huge frustration. How do I deal with this

That doesn't work man. I've tryed it. The problem is that the part of the cord laying on the mousepad is tilted to the right and normally if I flick it just stays to the right but this time it goes to the left and back to the right and so on... it's pissing me off

Flip the mouse. Turn it in the direction of the loop. This'll torque the wire and make it lay flat.
