Hi guys!
I have a problem with my LENOVO THINKPAD T530.

ISSUE: After boot up when I open (1-click on task bar to be exact) Chrome/Firefox/Opera/Thunderbird mouse cursor FREEZES for ~0.5s and than everything goes back to normal. No other programs seems to be affected - only "internet related" apps.

1. Absolutely fresh install - WIN10 PRO 100% legal, UPDATED BIOS, all drivers from manuf. site installed.

2. Specs:

-MOBO

LENOVO 24292VG, Intel QM77

-CPU

Mobile QuadCore Intel Core i7-3610QM,
3100 MHz (31 x 100) Ivy Bridge-MB

-RAM

DDR3-1600 (800MHz) (SK hynix) Hundai Electronics 2x8GB

-GPU

Nvidia NVS 5400M

-SSD

Samsung SSD PM851 mSATA 256GB (SSD is SATA3 capable, but running on SATA2 - mainboard standard)

3. I've checked SSD for errors - o zerrors. R:290MB/s W:260MB/s.

I've uninstalled ESET - no go.

I've uninstalled all drivers, blocked WINDOWS to download drivers, restarted and installed all drivers from LENOVO site - no go.

4. This "FREEZE" doesn't happen when I start WIN10 in troubleshooting mode.

5. It doesn't happen when I open AIDA64 - when AIDA is running in the background everything is perfect!

6. It's VERY ANNOYING!

Can You guys help? Thanks in advance!!
Cheers!
Lukas

Guys! I figure it out!!
I have 2 graphic cards - one integrated and one dedicated. Both cards can run simultaneously.
When I DISABLE option to run both cards simultaneously (when more graphic power is needed) in BIOS - no freeze! Yeah!
I hope this does make sense and can be helpful to someone in the future.

In my case is just under Graphics submenu.

Sadly I don't see any option related to graphics. My laptop is from MSI. Latest bios. Any other way to disable it?

Maybe try to disable your integrated graphics in Windows device manager, not sure if this is allowed since it's working tho.
I have an option in BIOS that allows me to choose which GPU will be used: integrated GPU - dedicated GPU - both GPUs. Are you sure You don't have similar options?

I will try. Before that I would like to know if you get any battery performance issues? Thanks
