Mouse Cursor Barcode/Distorted

Hi. I'm new to this website, so excuse me if this is not the ideal section for my thread.

For awhile now I've been having a problem with my mouse cursor, rarely, but often enough for it to be annoying, my cursor for seemingly no reason becomes distorted and resembles a bar code. I figured out that if I move it horizontally really fast across the screen, it will either fix this problem, or make it look really weird, I will post a picture to show you what I mean. Once it looks like this, there is not way to fix it unless I reboot.

Anybody know what could be causing this issue? Is it graphics related? because I have had multiple graphics cards, and I have had this issue with all of them.

System specs:
- AMD Phenom II x4 3.6ghz
- 4gb ddr2 1066 g skill ram
- ATI 5770 Graphics card
- Corsair 750w PSU
- Asus M4A785-M motherboard
- Razer mamba mouse
- Pirated Windows 7 (I feel like the pirated version is giving me little bugs here and there, this is what i suspect the most)

No one is going to support you since you said you didn't buy Windows. If you want everything to work correctly then buy a copy.

OK, I just got the legit version of windows... But I still didn't pay for it, I got it for free because the computer science department in my school has lots of free Microsoft software available for students on dreamspark. Will anybody help me now?
