Mouse Cursor Keeps On Teleporting

Hello i am currently having this problem!

I have a windows 8.1 pro Operating System and a logilink mouse. Now when i move my mouse anywhere on my screen and sometimes randomly teleports somewhere else on my screen!

Now this problem is very annoying and i really need your guys help as i can barley play games or edit my videos so please if you what is the answer for the problem please tell me it!

Your mouse could be broke or it could be doing that if your not using a mousepad.
