Mouse Cursor not moving!? (Help!)

The mouse has worked perfectly fine on my windows 10 pc ever since i built it, no issues at all for nearly a year. Then recently I bought a new Samsung 850 Evo SSD and got all data transferred and everything still worked. I used the mouse with the new SSD for a good many hours, then I went to get a drink and do some things, I came back and all of the sudden the mouse cursor had dissapeared and moving the mouse resulted in no response. Clicking however, does work, just cant move the cursor at all.

I found and plugged in an old mouse that was laying around and that mouse works perfectly fine. I dont know what to do. I have tried updating drivers for the mouse, ive tried uninstalling the mouse, ive tried everything i can think of and hours of looking up videos and forums has resulted in nothing.

Anyone know why all of the sudden the cursor wont move on this particular mouse!?

Plug in non working mouse, plug in the working mouse, uninstall drivers for non working,in view show all hidden devices, uninstall the non working, restart PC (NOT FORCE, start->restart) let it do it, while its restarting unplug the working mouse and see if it works, otherwise it might died?
