[SOLVED] Mouse cursor only moves vertically!

Hi everyone!

My Razer Mamba TE mouse stops moving horizontally after a random period of time (usually between 10 secs to 30 mins). All buttons work and the cursor moves vertically just fine. I've had this mouse for about a year now and it never acted like this before. I have my Razer Synapse installed and running. Any idea what might have caused this issue or how I can fix it?

Try it on a different surface and computer, make sure nothing is blocking the sensor. If it's still in warranty contact Razer support.

I've done all of those already. It's the mouse itself. It's not in warranty. Honestly, I'd like to know what might be causing this. My best guess is a software issue.

No the sensor is bad. If can't be software if you tested it on more than one system. You don't need the Razer software to run the mouse, if you think it's that uninstall it and see if it fixes the issue.
