Question Mouse cursor works but doesn't register clicks?

My computer froze and randomly restarted (will be creating a separate thread) and once it restarted, my mouse clicks doesn't work anymore. I can move the mouse around and that works but when I try to right/left click, nothing registers. I tried unplugging the mouse and plugging it back in, same issue. I tried running in safe mode and the mouse works fine, so it's definitely not a hardware issue.

Can anyone help?

What mouse exactly?
Are running any software/app from the manufacturer? If so, uninstall that and see if mouse works with Windows default drivers. Maybe try it on a different usb port?

Check for malware/viruses on your computer. There might be some incompatible/buggy applications on your computer which is interfering with the system. Uninstall any unneeded application.

I just uninstalled the program and used a different USB port. It works now, thanks! Will play around to see which one was the culprit.
