So I've seen couple posts here with the same problem here. But couldn't find any solutions. I've unchecked every "allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" button I could find, but it still keeps doing this, I've also disabled the USB selective suspend setting
Edit: Ok, so I fixed the issue finally, apparently my computers USB ports got mixed up, or something like that. So the USB port my mouse was in was normally in USB 2.0 because it doesn't work on USB 3.0. But because they got mixed up it didn't work. So what I did was just delete all USB ports from device manager and restarted my pc. Now everything works perfectly
