[SOLVED] Mouse disconnecting, tried alot of solutions, nothing working :/

alright so
I currently have a logitech G602
it disconnects alot
i have tried different mice, same problem, on some mice its even worse
i have tried methods through device managers, different ports, even formatting my pc

im not sure if it is because of hardware or software but however the problem only happens with the mouse
keyboard, headphones, mic, etc. work just fine

pc:
1060 3gb
ryzen 5 3600
ga-ab350-gaming 3

tbh its been doing it for like a year now, pc has gone through formats, hardware upgrades, driver updates, etc. and the problem still persists

Try a clean boot and see if it changes anything - make sure to read instructions and make sure NOT to disable any microsoft services or windows won't load right - https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/help/929135/how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows

if clean boot fixes it, it shows its likely a startup program. You should, over a number of startups. restart the programs you stopped to isolate the one that is to blame.
