Mouse doesn't Move on Startup

When I wake my computer up from it's sleep, the mouse cursor doesn't move. The computer still has its animations but when I press a key on my keyboard, it all freezes for a brief time. All my drivers are updated and I scanned my computer using Malwarebytes and Avast

check that your motherboard bios is updated. in the bios under boot or usb devices in the bios make sure the usb ports set to full on at post. some newer mb have usb hand-off. make sure your motherboard chipset drivers are updated.

Darn, it was working for a while... Now its back to its old problem. Whenever it wakes now, the mouse freezes and after a bit, it suddenly moves around. It makes all the movements I made it do moments ago, like a long delay.
