Mouse doesn't respond after lifting up

So i have this problem for a bout a month now and i don't know what caused it, it just magically came into my life.

Whenever i lift my mouse up and then immediately place back, it doesn't respond for 2-5 seconds, and it is very annoying since i am an FPS player and i need to lift up my mouse a lot..

Sounds like a short in it how does your mouse work lifting it off a surface anyhow?

What mouse do you use? Since when are you facing this problem?Did you perform any kind of driver/software update recently?
try to restore your system to the last known point you think it was working fine, try to change the USB port, use a mouse pad...

Well, if you play FPS games at low sensitivity (like CSGO) you would pretty much need to lift up your mouse. Let's say i look to the left, the mouse gets close to the laptop and i can't move anymore, so i need to lift it up, place it back at the center of the mouse pad and then look to the left again.
