Mouse Double Clicking - Windows 10 Issue?

So I'm currently having issues with my Logitech G302 Daedalus Prime. Most of my clicks end up registering as clicking twice, and it's driving me nuts.

I'm out of ideas of what to do currently, as I've already tried the following:
*Researched and tried various methods others had suggested.
*Troubleshooted the device, only to find it complaining that it's a 2.0 USB in a 3.0 slot.
*Restarted my computer.
*Switched the port it was plugged into.
*Tried to check and update drivers, although it doesn't seem to be able to outside of updating the Logitech Gaming Software program.
*Removing and disabling HID-Compliant Mouse.
*Re-enabling the HID-Compliant Mouse by using the Enter key. Disabling was a bad idea.

Mouse is clean, and the only change I've noted is that this has been happening to me since the last Windows 10 update. I rather strongly suspect Windows 10 is somehow the issue due to this, but I have no way to be sure, nor do I know of any solution to resolve it.
Any help/ideas?

Solution

Clarify? Everything is standard since the day I first plugged it in. Only adjustment I made was early on using the Gaming Software to change the DPI. Tried a macro later on, but deleted it shortly afterwards when it didn't work out as expected.

Contact Logitech support.

Windows isn't the problem more than likely, it's going to be a hardware issue.

Went though this myself with about 6 different mice over the years, every time a new Windows 10 Certified mouse solved the issue.

Logitech replaced one of the newer mice and the issue went away once I got the new one.

There is a zillion page thread on the MS Windows 10 forum about this..... The only answer that works is a NEW MOUSE, and Windows 10 Certified one.

The mouse you have is an older model so there may be a replacement that is Windows 10 Certified.

Solution

Ah well, that kind of sucks, but I'll do that then. Hopefully warranty is still valid and covers it.

Yeah, double clicking disease is well documented, I had a Corsair M65 that did it a lot so I know it's frustrating, I'm quietly proud of myself for not introducing that mouse to my wall lol.
