mouse driver conflict?

I have been having the same recurring problem for over 1 year. When my Win 10 64 bit PC is turned on, it often goes through a series of blue screens, before it finally stabilizes & works. It often takes 2-3 reboots before this happens. It is driving me nuts.
I have checked my device manager and have noticed that for the mouse, I have 2 drivers listed. It appears that I have the latest driver(s) loaded. My mouse is a Dell wireless mouse.
I have trired to uninstall one or both drivers. When I do that, I need to connect a wired USB mouse to be able to use the PC. I then try to install a new wireless mouse driver and then I end up having the 2 drivers again.
Can anyone assist me on this? Thanks.
