Mouse drivers nor working

so i got mad catz rat 5 mouse and i downloaded drivers from their website when i open it says

No Controllers found
Plug in the device you wish to configure and run the program again

If you are plugged into USB 3.0 ports try plugging them into USB 2.0 It could be the USB 3.0 ports that have incorrect drivers.
