Mouse feels like it is tracking on ice before updating

I'm using a Zowie FK1.

My mouse feels like it is on acceleration, as if it is tracking on ice, until I update. The update that fixes this is usually Windows Defender. If I change the LOD/Hz settings on my mouse, it will track in jagged lines and my sensitivity when I play games will feel much higher than it is when Windows Defender is updated. While I am updating, I can immediately feel my mouse becoming more responsive and my arms start to do wider movements because it doesn't feel like I'm on ice anymore.

If anyone could tell me why this is happening and give me a solution on how I can permanently preserve my mouse to be responsive, that would be great.

Edit: I'm on a laptop that has a trackpad but I've disabled it.
