Question Mouse "flickering" problem

Hi!
I have a mouse flickering kind of problem.
When I'm moving my mouse in circles, it happens.
It feels like this option would turn on for a sec:

It started in minecraft and I tried every game on my pc to check if this problem persists.

- Polling Rate: 1000 (I Have tried 500 but the problem still persists) Anything below 500/1000hz polling rate for a 240hz monitor is annoying.

Can you check and see if the mouse behaves the same way on another system? As for your platform, I'd try and see if your motherboard is pending any BIOS updates. Speaking of motherboard, what is the make and model of your motherboard?

Yeah, It has updates. I'll write down if something changed after the updates.

- I can't.

I downloaded the mouse driver and since then (Since yesterday) it's behaving like this.
I've had this problem a few years ago on my laptop and sadly I don't know how I fixed it.

I've checked the games again and this problem only appears in minecraft.

When you say mouse driver, do you mean the software for the mouse?

Either way, uninstall it and check again.

There are some mouse software which can be very disruptive. They often cause glitches.

If you haven't done it already, update the bios, then clear CMOS, and see if it works.

There are no updates for my bios and I have cleared CMOS.

Still the same issue.

Okay, please list your full pc specs.

Have you tried going down a res? Is it 1080p 240hz monitor? Have you tried setting a lower res, with or without gsync? Does limiting FPS help?

Limiting FPS just makes it worse.
I had to reset the PC. (It works fine now)

One of my friends says that he also had the same problem and here's what he did.

He deleted literally every minecraft file, even the hidden ones.
