So i tried 3 diffrent mouses on the Steelseries qck + mousepad and when i tried to move them fast (for strafing,h1z1/csgo etc) its not going the direction its supposed to,but when i changed the mousepad into a harder mousepad (razer goliathous)the mouse was working fine,so my question is,what mouse should i get for steelseries qck+ mousepad?

G403, safe shape (if your right handed), 3366 sensor, omron switches... It tracks great on my GTF-X and my generic soft cloth pad. I tested every mouse I could get my hands on before settling on the g403. ec1/2 a, za-11, fk1/+ are also super nice. the g403 is somewhere in between the ec1 and ec2 a, all of those are top mice and will track well on a QCK.

Yea Laser sensors penetrate the soft pad reading the hills and valleys of the cloth creating tracking errors (accell/ decell).

Look for this spec: Sensor Type - Optical

Another spec: Wired or Wireless.

Personally, given a $15-20 budget, I'd care less about dpi, hertz, etc., etc.

Next thing to do: go to your nearest local store and try out the mouse itself. It's only by doing that you'll get the mouse's "feel" if it nicely fits your hand size, button clicks, palm grip, etc.
