Question Mouse Freezes At System Startup

Hi! Recently my mouse began freezing after i log into my account on Windows 10, this never happened before. It started to happen after i installed GTA V. My mouse is a Logitech G502, I dont know why but it only happens on 1 of my 4 accounts on the PC. I can move the mouse pointer but I cant right or left-click. Help!
