Mouse freezes for 3-5 seconds usually every few hours

I recently got a new 250gb SSD and upgraded to windows 10. Ever since these upgrades my mouse freezes for a few seconds then resumes normally, this happens every couples hours or so sometimes more often than that. This never happened previously with my deathadder before the SSD and windows 10 upgrade. I checked event viewer and theres no logs there. The freezing happens during games and even just browsing the internet. I tried disabling HID compliant mouse, still happens, I tried completely removing razer synapse and it still happens. I tried a different USB port and still happens while my keyboard and headset dont experience any of this. I tried updating drivers like I honestly cant think of why this is happening, if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.

It might be tracking issues of your mouse pad. In Razer synapse, put the polling rate at 500, and calibrate your mouse pad
