My friend recently gave me his old computer parts to build a computer. Its [censored] form 2016. I isntalled windows and the drivers using my tv (he forgot tovget the monitor and is having trouble finding time to bring it to me because he lives out of town). Basically whats happining is my mouse is stuttering. I know its not thebmouse because it works fine on the laptop i want to retire and is working fine now but i havent tried the new computer again. I tried on thetable and on the carpet because its wired and i was just configuring it. I tried first few solutions but nothing. I evwn installed the software for it. Still no. How do i fix it
