Mouse freezing/lagging WIN10 specific issue, no answer yet

Hello,
I have a problem with the my mouse that it keeps randomly freezing for a milisecond or second and the catches up to where it was suppose to be. This happens randomly. I know for sure that the mouse it self isnt the problem because i tried it on my other pc and it worked fine, also gave it to my friend for week to test it and it worked for him normaly just plug and use, windows did the rest. And i also have my older mouse which also works perfectly fine on all ports. Things i have tried to do:
-update GPU drivers
-update mouse driver
-uncheck the windows shutdown for the usb hub in device menager
-uncheck the pointer accuracy
-check for malware
Nothing has worked so far....
The mouse is Yenkee Ambush YMS 3017 (i know its cheap but its all that we have im my country that is afforadable) Its rgb and when it freezes the lights turn off as if it was disconected, but i dont hear the windows sound for that
and the pc specs:
AMD Phenom II 1055T 2.8ghz
Motherboard: GA-970A-D3
8GB ram
MSI GeForce GTX 770 Lightning 3GB ddr5

I think your mouse is ok ... sounds more like a USB issue. The 3.0 USB are controlled by a chip other than the AMD southbridge. If you are using 3.0 USB (they are blue, as I recall), try one of the others.

Don't see how it can be USB (anotherdrew) if the other mouse works.

Please confirm it works fine in the BIOS for the same PC if it's not so "random" you can spend the time.

Have you tried removing all the YENKEE software to see if the basic drivers work?

ok, so i tried all the ports on the back of the pc and as for 3.0 ports both of them say that the device maluncioned and that it didnt recognise it bla bla. As for the rest, because its rbg it has a software to change the colors and when i stick in the different ports it stay default colour i put but sometimes it changes and now after all that now it doesnt move from the center of the screen only scroll and clicks work and everytime i click one of those the colors turn off for a milisecond

I didnt try that but i will now, how do i check if it works fine in the bios ? You mean safe mode ? Sry i lack a bit in terminology. Update: Now the mouse has overbugged and doenst work at all when i press the right click it changes colours/DPI and also acts as a right click and the left click doesnt do anything, like the commands are all messed up....Another update: now it doenst work on my laptop aswell same issue, left and right click work but the movement is locked...i think i have broke it....
