This is the story:
My monitor sometimes goes black (display off but it is still on) every time our refrigerator "moves" (it shakes, like it used a big amount of electricity or something). And sometimes my mouse disconnects along with it and reconnects after a few seconds. I've also heard that the outlet for a computer should be separate from other power consuming appliance like the refrigerator. The monitor turning the display off is already a big problem but here's another big problem. The mouse disconnects and reconnects even without the first problem (the mouse cursor disappears from the screen but the mouse is still on, I can also here the sound notification of a newly attached device).
Things I have done:
1. Disabled the "let the computer turn off this device" in the device manager
2. Change USB port
I previously thought that it is my previous pc's fault and it would be fixed now that I have a new one and with a better PSU but not. The mouse is also under half a year of usage.
My questions:
1. Is it really true that the outlet for the computer must be different from any big power consuming appliance?
2. Will I ever fix the problem with my mouse? I am 50% sure that the problem is not the cable since it is braided and I haven't stretched it once.
