mouse gets stuck every time i turn on pc

it's new redragon gaming mouse and this problem persisted from day 1, solution is to unplug mouse and plug in again. but it's really annoying to reattach mouse every time i turn on pc.

already disabled power saver options for usb ports didn't worked

is there any solution for this in here? can anybody help?

Some mice only work in a USB 2.0 port, and do not work correctly in a USB 3.0 Port. If you are already on a USB 2 port, then try another mouse, in the same port. If it does not exhibit the same symptom, then return your new mouse ......

nope i forgot to mention i always plug in to different ports
