Mouse getting randomly stuck while playing games

CPU: Intel Broadwell-E i7 6800K
MOBO: Asus X99 Aii
GPU: MSI GTX 1080 8GB X Edition
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 2666MHZ Dual
Channel 4x4GB 16GB kit
PSU: EVGA SuperNova G3 850W 80 Plus Gold
SDD: Samsung 850 EVO 250GB
HDD: 1TB Western Caviar Digital
Monitor: Dell S2716DG 27" 1440p Nvidia GSync 144Hz

I have had this isse for over a year and still can't resolve it. I have tried the system putting my old GTX 650 in and i due to HDMI i couldnt test Gsync but i didnt see any stutter/mouse sticking. I have wiped my OS and installed older drivers but still get mouse sticking in games. It feel like a frame hitch. I have changed my mouse and its mat.

Has anyone come across issue and know how to fix? or is this a know GTX 1000 series driver issue.

This mouse sticking is driving me insane

Of course i did.

I have tried other mice but the same thing happens. Happens the most in games.

Like i was playing Far Cry 5 and PUBG yesterday and sometimes when i click to fire the input doesnt go through, randomy happens now and then and its irratating.

I have had this issue for over a year and no one seems to know the answer.

When i say the mouse sticks i mean the rendering on the screen pauses for a split second like a frame hitch then continues.

Anyone know how to fix this? Still haven't resolved it...

Only things that have changed is i swapped the HDD for a SSD and PSU is now a corsair RM model.

Mouse is getting stuck on the desktop when i login for a split second and the same in games. It's likes the mouse is losing input.

I found the problem finally. It's a know RAM issue with Windows 10 that Microsoft doesn't know how to fix yet.

I hope Microsoft fixes this. I have had this issue since day one of my Windows 10 pc

Try Game Mode. To do this you'll need Windows 10. Enable Game Bar. Press Win+G to turn on Game Mode while in game. It will produce a menu on the bottom. Make sure the Circle/button is white.

Also try to prevent other apps from stealing the signal by using Windows Focus Assist. Choose Priority Only. Customize it. Dont let anything pop up, reminders, notificattions etc.. make sure no apps can go through.

Let me know if you need more explanation.

One more thing:

1=Turn off "allow computer to turn off this device" for all the USB ports and hubs, preferablly the correcct one but I just did this for all the USB ports and Hubs. Also do this for the offending mouse or keyboard.

2-Turn off Selective Suspending on Power management:
