Mouse has randomly started stuttering?

Hey guys, this morning my mouse has randomly started "stuttering" or has been in a jerky motion 🙁. This mostly happens inside my games, and when I open a program such as chrome, it stutters for a bit then it goes away. This has NEVER happened before during the months that I've had this computer ... but I did do a defrag last night ... could that have been it? It also happens when I refresh the page, I think it might be the memory but nonetheless I would have no idea what to do. I have already tried checking out the wireless card but nothing.Please Help Me!!! Thanks guys in advance! 😀

I've actually seen a very similar issue. In my case, it was the wireless card. It was getting too hot thereby causing errors which resulted in system "stuttering". At first it only appeared to be affecting the mouse until further testing and troubleshooting showed the wireless connection was also dropping. Swapping the wireless card corrected the problem completely. Anyway, food for thought.

I would check your hard drive for errors and also how much free space it has left.

Thanks, I'll check this out. I have it connected in a USB port, my wireless mouse, so is that what you're talking about the wireless card? What I used to connect it?
