Mouse input lag (video included)

Hi!

I have built my very own PC and I got every new component except the case, PSU and my old ASUS HD 7770 GPU until I can afford a better graphics card.

I got this weird mouse lag from the very beginning and I could not track the source of the issue.
I have tried with different mouses, wireless/wired, the moinitor refresh rate is normal (60Hz) and I have tried use the integrated graphics card (Intel HD 630) but I could not install the damned driver and could not test with it.

This problem makes every game unplayable and it even lags in BIOS, so I think it's not software problem.

I don't have anymore idea what this could be, please help me.

430W PSU
GIGABYTE GA-H110M-S2H
Intel G4600
Asus HD 7770
8GB DDR4
1TB WD HDD
500GB Samsung HDD

Win 7 Ultimate 64Bit

Have you installed last bios for motherboard (check if you have correct revision), check in CPU-Z is it running ram in dual channel (memory tab).
And did you install drivers for AMD Graphics card (select your GPU don't automatic installation).

Yes, I have latest BIOS, RAM is running in dual channel (i have 2x4GB) and also I have the latest GPU drivers. Seeing that the mouse is bad in BIOS also means it's more of a hardware problem right?

Try installing latest chipset drivers, if that doesn't solve RMA motherboard or swap for another one.

So are you sure the motherboard is faulty?

It could be driver complex issue or similar but im unsure is the motherboard faulty, wait for other answers if you are not sure as im not either.

check your monitor, this issue have never been known in motherboards, so I think that there is something wrong in your monitor so try another one for sure.
