Hi. I am currently having an issue where my mouse is connected to the system, is detected, and moves the cursor when I move the mouse but it immediately rubberbands back to a location in the bottom middle of the screen. It's not a hardware issue as it's doing the same with different mice. I have narrowed it down to a software issue because the mouse works properly in BIOS and for the first 5 seconds after booting up, so something is starting up that causes the issue. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Make and model mouse?

Look in Task Manager for what all is being launched at startup.

Look in Task Scheduler for something else being triggered right after boot up.

Try "WIN" + "I" > Devices > Mouse to double check configurations and troubleshoot.
