Question mouse is lagging when loading games/programs

My mouse is sometimes lagging when loading programs or games.
How do I fix this? This problem happened recently (maybe a few weeks.)
and I havnt had it before. I ve also tried to follow Youtube videos recommendations
but they didnt solve the problem. Also changing mouse did not solve it either,

Here is my pc specs = i5 8600k cpu. gtx 1070 ti. 32gb ddr4 3200mhz ram. ssd disks.
Asus PRIME Z370-P, ATX motherboard

I am also using Avast antivirus and i regularly run CCLeaner as well.

Same problem. Try deleting realtek hd audio drivers and see if it changes anything. I also have avast and ccleaner. I found very old post realtek audio might cause mouse problems. once i deleted realtek i could use mouse for a short time, but problem came back again. not able to use any mouses for about two weeks now (mouse lags or cursor wont move). deleting realtek doesnt help anymore for me. here is that old post https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us...t/a6abbbb9-aa3b-48e8-92bc-b3c1db2db18c?page=2

i have installed windows 10 again but it didnt fix the problem. might it be the CPU?

Im almost certain its something with realtek or windows updates because before updates I had absolutely no problems. couldnt do restore as i had no restore points saved and I rushed into solving this with clean windows install next day, because none of solutions found online helped.

i also tried to deactivate audio in task manager but it didnt solve it.
OK if its a windows issue maybe they fix it

It just happened randomly. I was playing csgo and pc lagged for about 20-30 seconds it wasnt very heavy lag so i didnt pay attention and once it stopped laging my crosshair (mouse pointer) started shaking and went left side without me moving mouse. after this, i closed game, unplugged mouse, restarted pc, pluged mouse back in and ever since I plug this or other mouses back pointer wont move. using wireless mouse lag but i think wireless has way more reasons to lag and i hate wireless stuff in general so rip. (yes i can use wireless mouse somehow but it lags so much it feels useless)

My problem isnt really that big. mouse just lags sometimes when loading program or a game.
i dont get much fps drops or drops when i play. If its ofc not a badly optimized game.
However CS GO lags for me too, at the beginning of the game. after a half minute or so the lag
is fixed....... but i think this might be CS GO (online games tend to have bugs.)

Btw Solo, you shouldnt use a wireless mouse.........
