Mouse issue (Razer Megasoma 2 with Deathadder Chroma)

I recently purchased a Megasoma 2 for my Chroma and love it so far. However, while gaming every 15 minutes or so my mouse cursor will jump directly up in the sky and spin in circles very fast for 1-2 seconds. Obviously this is a big concern during gaming as it happens randomly.


I have tried cleaning mouse/mousepad, re-installing the drivers, surface calibration, and experimenting with liftoff range. Nothing has helped clear up this issue.

Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks!!

Bump. Issue happens in FPS games specifically and usually under chaotic circumstances. Cursor will shoot upwards and skin rapidly.
