Mouse Jumping/Lagging On Icons

Ever since I started playing Black Ops 3 on PC again my mouse has been jumping around when I hover over icons and such. I went to task manager and my CPU usage spikes up when the lag occurs. I reinstalled drivers and no luck. I have a Razer Deathadder Chroma. Help please? Thanks!

Try to uninstall razer synapse and uninstall
The mouse's driver and then install it again.
