I'm using Vista 64-bit Ultimate edition.
I have a Logitech G500 Laser mouse with the latest drivers. Vista is up to date with all patches.
I play all sorts of games. Such as beta testing SWTOR. I also play things like SWG, DC Universe Online, World of Warcraft, and even FPS games like the Call of Duty series.
It doesn't matter which game I'm on.
I don't know what's causing it, but any help would be greatly appreciated.
Here is an example of what happens:
I'm suddenly walking forward(on any game) towards my next quest or even towards an enemy to try to get a headshot. I'm lined up for a headshot in a FPS game, and suddenly, I'm looking down at the ground, or the sky, or even did a 180.
This happens in every game I seem to play. It doesn't happen too often, but it happens enough that it gets annoying.
I've tried researching online, but I can't seem to find much. The few places and forums I've found where people have expressed the same problem gets no response, or they suggest that it's a driver issue.
I've got the latest Logitech G500 driver. I've also tried downgrading drivers.
The problem isn't my mouse, I don't think. I used to use another mouse, that was optical, months ago, and it was doing the same thing. It's why I purchased a new mouse and bought the Logitech G500. It's been doing the same thing since I got it.
It's a Logitech G500 Laser mouse with 5600 dpi.
Any help is appreciated.
