Mouse keeps crashing?

Hello.
my mouse keeps crashing and then i need to plug it back in and it works again.
what i already tryed to fix my problem..

its a wired mouse

-reinstall windows 7/8/8.1
-disable usb legacy
-install all drivers from the website
-all usb ports and yes 3.0 i tryed on motherbord it self
-update windows
-i tryed 2 mouses only from trust and one from speedlink

i dont know how to fix it anymore?

maybe somebody here can help me
