Mouse Keeps Cutting out.

So my computer has been acting normal for a while, but about a week ago my mouse started cutting out, sometimes for 1 second, the other time it cut out and just stopped working. I have an alienware tactX mouse, but no matter what mouse i plug in, it just cuts out.

The rest of my pc parts

GPU: gtx 960 2gb EVGA
CPU: Amd fx 6300
Power Supply: Corsair 650W modular
Motherboard: Asrock 970 extreme3
Ram: 8gbs ddr3
Memory: Sandisk 120gb and 2 western digital blues 1tb and a 2tb\

Edit: It seems to get worse once i play video games

Do you hear a beep right before it cuts out and another beep right before it starts working again? This would mean that your USB connection is not stable. You can try reinstalling your USB drivers, checking your connections to the motherboard to make sure they are not loose, and trying a different USB port.

Yes i do get the windows sound, but whenever i go to device manager and try and uninstalling usb boot drivers, it always gets stuck on the second one and doesnt uninstall.
