[SOLVED] Mouse keeps disconnecting?

I have no Idea why but my mouse keeps disconnecting every 7-15 minutes. Any fix?

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

New mouse or existing mouse and the disconnects just started to occur?

Make and model mouse? Wireless? Maybe needs a new battery.

Things you can do:

Try running Windows' built in troubleshooters. The troubleshooters may find and fix something.

Look in Reliability History: any error codes, warnings, or even informational events that correspond with the times that the mouse disconnects?

Reinstall the mouse drivers. Manually download via the manufacturer's website. Reinstall the drivers and reconfigure.

Try opening the Device Manager and checking the Properties for your mouse and whatever ports your mouse is connected to. Look at the Power Management tab and make sure that the box to "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" is NOT checked.
