Mouse Keeps Right Clicking When I Left Click

My mouse has been acting up. Whenever I go to left click something on my desktop it acts like it's right and left clicking, bringing up a properties window. I've done my searches on google. I tried uninstalling the drivers, going into safe mode, using a different mouse on my computer, and I made sure that the box in mouse settings that reverses the clickers is unchecked. I'm on Windows 10 64bit. The weird thing is that I'm on google chrome, where I can click freely, but my right click doesn't work. I've also tried my mouse on another computer and it works fine. Some of you are gonna go straight to drivers even though I specified that I checked that, but maybe someone can find a new solution. Thanks guys.

Start > Settings > Devices > Mouse and touchpad, make sure left is selected under "Primary button "

When I change it to right click no clicks work.
