mouse, keyboard and headset stop working think its motherboard issue

Hi guys so recently my PC hasn't been running as smoothly as it should be and im not too sure why. I have a razer naga 2014 and a blackwidow and my headset is a g930 which are all usb powered, when using my pc my mouse and keyboard go from a solid razer light and start flashing and they stop working and if im using my headset it cuts out at the same time. One of the features allows my blackwidow to connect itself to the audio jack at the back on my PC and when the mouse, keyboard and headset cut out my audio stays working if its through the jack so I'm kinda leaning towards it being a motherboard usb port issue but im not to sure. Any help or suggestions would be great thanks
